Who are Groupon’s Venture Capital Investors?

Since many folks seem to have Groupon on the brain today given talk of Google’s acquisition, who stands to get PAID if and when the deal happens?  Here’s the list of Groupon’s venture capital investors:

New Enterprise Associates

NEA stands to do the best given they were an early investor in Groupon.  New Enterprise Associates is an active venture capital investor doing many early stage deals as well as what they call venture growth equity in more mature later stage companies.  The firm also has outposts in China and India.  Want to see if they have any other huge winners?  Check out New Enterprise Associates portfolio.

Digital Sky Technologies (DST)

Battery Ventures

Accel Partners

Accel Partners is another storied Silicon Valley venture capital firm.  In addition, they were one of the first venture capitalists into Facebook.  If you pitch these guys and they take you out to lunch, don’t argue about the bill.  They should pay.  Check out Accel Partners portfolio and pick their next winner.
