• • Frank DeBernardis is also the co-founder of Nascent Enterprises LLC., a medical device venture advisory firm. In his role at Nascent Enterprises, Mr. DeBernardis has been active in exploring and creating opportunities to commercialize technology for University of Pennsylvania, Purdue University, and is serving as an expert panel member of the Columbia University Science and Technology Ventures Group. Mr. DeBernardis focuses on creating and implementing sales and marketing programs for Nascent Enterprises, LLC, portfolio companies. He is serving as the CEO of Cascade Medical a biotechnology company. In 1993 Mr. DeBernardis was recognized as the Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine. Mr. DeBernardis has over 30 years in the medical device industry having served in positions as Sales Manager Medtronic, Inc, and VP Marketing at Physio Control, and Meadox Madical, Inc.
