JOHN GEVER BACKGROUND / BIOGRAPHY

• • John Gever has covered biomedicine and medical technology for nearly 30 years. He holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan and an M.S. from Boston University. A New York native now based in Wheeling, W.Va., his career has also taken him to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Alabama, and Oregon. He has written for a wide variety of publications covering the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and in vitro diagnostics field, as well as for magazines and daily and weekly newspapers.
