Horowitz is an angel investor and the co-founder of Opsware (formerly Loudcloud), which was acquired by HP in 2007. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of America Online's E-commerce Platform division and a vice president at Netscape Communications. In partnership with Netscape co-founder Marc Andreessen, Horowitz launched a $250 million venture capital fund focused on early-stage investments in 2009.
