A Philadelphia based incubator that offers (1) Seed Funding, (2) A Collaborative work space, (3) Mentors and Advisors, (4) Donated legal, accounting and administrative help to form your company properly, and (5) introductions to funding sources (including Angel Investors, Venture Capitalists, private investors and public sources of funding).

They primarily invest in technology and internet ventures. They expanded to NYC in the summer of 2011.

DreamIt offers up to $25,000 of seed funding per company. ($5,000 plus $5,000 for each founding team member (up to four) who will be onsite for the program). They take a 6% passive equity stake in the company.
