Formed in November 2002, Jumpstart is a NJ-based private, member-led, angel group that invests in early-stage technology companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. From its early days, the group has relationships with the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) and New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA).
